Walking with you
along your path
to real change
Therapy for children, teens, and adults
Maybe things are changing in your family and you’re not sure how to navigate it all. Maybe life isn’t turning out how you imagined and you are looking for help for yourself or your child. You may be experiencing loss or pain and are trying to find a new normal. Life is messy and the world is complicated. We’re not meant to walk through it on our own, and I’m glad you’re here.
My name is Siobhan, and I can help
I believe strongly that there is no one-size-fits all in life, let alone in therapy. My work centers on adjustment, grief and loss related to the human experience: loss of a loved one; changes in the family structure related to birth, adoption, or separation; professional or academic transitions; accepting and addressing chronic illness or disability; challenges in parenting; and even reflecting on the state of the world. Each person’s experience is unique and so is their healing. When you are in the room with me, whether virtually or in-person, know that I strive to balance care and compassion with humor, creativity, challenges, and inquiry- and embrace the unique and weird in all of us! I utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions to work with you as you process the many parts of grief, adjustment, challenges, and change in your life. I’m honored to explore each aspect with the folks I work with.
Let’s get started with a free phone consultation
It can feel like a big step to call a therapist, but I’ll make it easy. Whether you are a first-timer or have seen other therapists in the past, start the process by spending a few minutes on the phone with me. I will ask you to share just a little, and give you some details about my practice. I will let you know how or if I can help, and if I am not the right person for you, I’ll do my best to help get you to the right person.
